Recreational Gymnastics

Parent and child class. Emphasizes FUN, independent experiences, and large motor skills such as climbing, rolling, hanging and jumping. Classes are held in our Mini Gym so parents and children can learn and explore in a safe, distraction-free environment. 

For ages 18mos - 3.5 years old. 

Classes are 30 minutes long. Tuition is $60/month.

If your child is 3 years old and has never been in class before, we recommend starting in our Diaper Dynamos class. This provides a solid foundation for learning how to listen and interact with their instructors and peers.

Designed for your high energy preschooler! Classes emphasize movement education and basic gymnastics fundamentals in a creative and fun-filled atmosphere. Classes are held in our specially designed preschool gym which allows children to focus and learn with minimal distractions. 

For ages 3 - 4 years old.

Classes are 45 minutes long. Tuition is $80/month. 

Program is designed around USAG Level 1, developing fundamental skills, flexibility, and body shapes. Mini Twisters is our transitional program between preschool and developmental gymnastics. 

For ages 5 - 6 years old. 

Classes are 55 minutes long. Tuition is $90/month. 

Program is designed for the older beginner, also designed around USAG Level 1. Your child will develop and enhance fundamental skills, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body shapes. Encourage individual rate of progression. 

For ages 7+ years old.

Classes are 55 minutes long. Tuition is $90/month. 

By instructor invite only. Designed to maintain and improve technique on skills from beginner level (USAG Level 1) while building a new skill set (USAG Level 2). Children will work on strength, conditioning, flexibility, speed, agility, and grace. 

Classes focus on achieving the necessary tumbling skills for school and competitive cheerleading starting from beginner level (cartwheels, round-offs, front and back walkovers) to more advanced (round-off back handspring, back tucks, front saltos). Students do not need to be cheerleaders to attend.

Classes are 1.5 hours long. Tuition is $90/month.
